This 3-piece invitation set was designed for The Community Coalition, a charity organization in Chester County, Pennsylvania, to invite guests to their annual scavenger hunt fundraiser. Proceeds earned from this event support the Coalition's work to aid citizens of the local community, so the design had to be eye-catching and fun in order to capture the interest of invitees. The theme of the event was inspired by an African safari expedition.
The client wanted the save-the-date to be sent as a postcard, so I used bright colors and bold fonts to capture the recipient's attention. For the formal invitation and RSVP card, I mirrored design elements from the save-the-date, but used a slightly more subdued color palette so as not to distract from the important event information.
